چکیده
based on the carnahan and starling hard sphere equation of compressibility, an equation of state has been derived. conditions that must be met by all equations of state are applied in order to obtain attractive term or non - ideal compressibility term of the equation. second virial coefficient and acentric factor arc used in the derivation of the equation of state. in this equation, compressibility factor is not constant at critial point as it is in other equations oc state. ii has been shown that pyt data of hydrocarbon can be generated with accuracy through the use of this equation of statc . pyt data calculated by this equation has been compared with data obtained through the use of peng robinson, soav - redlich - kowng and redlich - kowang equations of state.
